The Brady Lady Dogs were on fire as they sweep the inaugural Brady Invitational Softball Tournament held this past Thursday through Saturday going 5-0 to bring their overall record to 7-2 on the season.
The Lady Dogs first opponent was the Hamilton Lady Bulldogs on Thursday which saw Brady pick up their first tourney win, defeating Hamilton 5-3. The Dublin Lady Lions were first up on Friday morning and defeated by the Lady Dogs 17-4. Later in the afternoon the Miles Lady Bulldogs, fell to the Lady Dogs 15-5.
On Saturday, The Lady Dogs continued their dominant play by defeating the Hamilton Lady Bulldogs a second time 13-3 and blanking the San Saba Lady Dillos by the score of 15-0 to finish out tournament play .
The Brady Lady Dogs next game will be at home this Wednesday (Feb 25) at 6PM against the Junction Lady Eagles.
