Four Arrests Follow Narcotics Search

On the evening of March 5, the McCulloch County Sheriff’s Office, assisted by the Brady Police Department, Texas Department of Public Safety Highway Patrol, and Texas Rangers, executed a search warrant looking for narcotics at a residence occupied by James Sharp, Cheryl Mindal, Ben Perez, and Theresa Castillo.
As a result of the search warrant, officers found approximately 27 grams of a substance believed to be Methamphetamine. Other narcotics were found, including THC Wax, multiple prescription pills, and other controlled substances.
All parties in the residence were charged with Manufacture and Delivery of a controlled substance listed in penalty group of one (1st Degree Felony), possession of a controlled substance, penalty group two (3rd Degree Felony), possession of a controlled substance listed, penalty group three (Class A Misdemeanor), and possession of a dangerous drug (Class A Misdemeanor).
All four of the subjects were booked into the McCulloch County Jail.
