Gilbert Sedillo Mata, Sr., of Brady, passed away on Monday, April 27th at the age of 79. Survivors include his wife, Nora Mata; sons, Gilbert Mata, Jr. and Gabriel Lee Mata; daughter, Elvira Mata Maldonado; two brothers; two sisters; eight grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation with the family will be held on Friday, May 1st from 6-8pm at Leatherwood Memorial Chapels of Brady.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, May 2nd at 10am at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Brady. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery of Brady.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Leatherwood Memorial Chapels of Brady.
