The weather was ideal for the 2nd Annual Rochelle VFD Goat Roping fundraiser this past Saturday and there were several on hand to not only participate in goat roping but also to partake of the delicious brisket sandwiches and sausage wraps. All proceeds from this event go towards providing much needed equipment and gear for the Rochelle Volunteer Fire Department.
