Tickets to the 35th Heart of Texas Country Music Festival in Brady, Texas, on March 14-March 23, went on sale on Tuesday, January 16. By 5:00PM on the opening day of ticket sales, the Heart of Texas Country Music Association sold 1,471 tickets to the annual event amounting to sales of $30,180.00.
Currently the biggest ticket selling event is for the March 22 Landon Dodd and The Dancehall Drifters and the Rocky King Band dance, followed by the March 20 Jody Nix and the Texas Cowboys and Kelly Spinks & Miles of Texas dance and then the March 21 Jake Hooker and the Outsiders and Jeff Woolsey Band dance.
“We are very excited with the swift sales on our first day,” Tracy Pitcox said. “We have several new artists working our festival this year including The Bellamy Brothers and Mo Pitney as well as long time favorites Moe Bandy, Jake Hooker, Jody Nix, Darrell McCall, Tony Booth, Rocky King, Jeff Woolsey and so many more. We still have plenty of great tickets available and we are certainly looking forward to a great 35th celebration,”

The Heart of Texas Country Music Festival has become a destination event for Country Music fans from all over the country. On the first day of sales, fans from eighteen different states as well as Canada, England, Ireland, Scotland and Sweden purchased tickets for various shows and dances during the ten day music fest.
