Brady City Council Considers Request For Zoning Change At Dodge Heights

The Brady City Council Session Tuesday night will began with a Public Hearing on a request to change the zoning for a lot at Dodge Heights at Brady Lake from Single Family Residential to Manufactured Home District.  As a follow-up to the Public Hearing, the Council considered approving the first reading of a request for that zoning change.

Other items on the Brady City agenda included second and final reading of an ordinance adopting the 2024 Water Conservation Plan; amending the 2024 Budget; approving an inter-local agreement with McCulloch County for sharing labor, materials and equipment to maintain infrastructure facilities; and a discussion of the April 8th Solar Eclipse.

Also scheduled for the Council was an Executive Session for consultation with the City Attorney; deliberations about Real Property –specifically for the Fire Department; and the annual performance evaluation for the City Manager and Municipal Court Judge.
