After several months of preparation, the new Comprehensive Plan for the City of Brady will be presented at Tuesday night’s meeting of the Brady City Council.
Following the presentation of the Plan to the Council, there will be a Public Hearing to receive comments regarding the adoption of the proposed City of Brady Comprehensive Plan. Then, the first action item to be considered by the Council will be the first reading of an ordinance adopting the Plan.
Other items on the Council agenda will include a budget amendment, awarding a bid for the Irish Addition Water Main Improvement Project and discussion of a proposal to allow alcohol sales at G. Rollie White Complex.
The Council session will conclude with an Executive session including discussions with the City Attorney, personnel matters and deliberations about real property — the Police Station, Fire Dept., G. Rollie White and a partial lot at 104 voca St.
