First thing on the agenda for the Brady City Council at their meeting Tuesday evening will be a presentation of the City’s End of Year Financial Report.
Next will be public hearings on a request for a private playfield in a residential zone at 1125 W. Second St.; a request for a Special Use Provision for an Entertainment Use in the Central Business District at 212 N. Church; and adoption of the proposed City of Brady 2025 Comprehensive Plan.
The first action items on the agenda will be the canvassing of the election results from the Dec. 13 Run-Off election, followed by the swearing in of Vickie Roddie to serve the remainder of the Place 4 unexpired term.
The Council will then consider a motion to Remove from the Table discussion and possible action on the proposed Comprehensive Plan. The discussion had been tabled at a previous session in order the members of the Council to have a chance to fully review he proposed plan.
The Council also has on the agenda discussion and possible action on fire and police department projects.
