The Brady City Council will be meeting twice on Tuesday.
The first will be a Special Session at 4:30pm at which Verdunity, the company developing the new City Comprehensive Plan, will make a presention on Fiscal Sustainabilty.
The Second will be a regular City Council session starrting at 6pm. First on the agenda for that meeting will be a report on Tourism by the Brady/McCulloch County Chamber of Commerce, and the First Quater Financial Report.
Next will be a public hearing on a reqjuest for a zoning variance for setbacks at 2026 S. Bridge St.
Action items to be considered by the Council will include amending the current City Budget; approving the zoning variance reqjuested for 2026 S. Bridge; renewal of a Water Service agreement with Lakeland Services; calling the May 3 local election; Brady Lake boat ramp extensions; and allowing the Brady Chamber to keep unued Visit Brady funds for future use.
The Council will conclude with an Executive Session for consulation with the City Attorney and for dicussions involving personnel, property and the on-going search for a new City Manager.
