Cong. Pfluger Responds To Presidential Debate, Supreme Court Decision

On Thursday night, 11th District Congressman, August Pfluger responded to the Presidential Debate between President Biden and Donald Trump. Then, on Friday, Cong. Pfluger reacted to the decision by the U.S. Supreme Court overruling the Chevron doctrine.

Congressman August Pfluger released the following statement upon the conclusion of the first presidential debate.

This is a somber moment. President Biden is incapable of serving as commander-in-chief. This is beyond politics, it is a national emergency. Get out the vote for Donald J. Trump.”

Following the announcement of the Supreme Court decision on the Chevron doctrine, Congressman August Pfluger (TX-11) released the following statement:

“The unelected administrative state has been running roughshod over Congress for decades implementing burdensome rules and regulations on American industries—especially the oil & gas business. The Supreme Court’s decision to return the power to Congress is the beginning of the end for the administrative state. I will soon introduce legislation to outline clear next steps towards restoring the lawmaking and oversight power of Congress.”
