When the Brady City Council meets Tuesday night,  their agenda will include discussion of two infrastructure projects.

The Council will consider authorizing the City Staff to negotiate with the preferred contractor  on value engineering some aspects of the proposed City Hall renovation.

Also on the Council agenda is discussion of authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement with Makers Design Collaborative for architectural services needed for the design of  a Fire and EMS facility for the City.  Completion of that step will then allow the City to move ahead with soliciting bids for construction.

Other items on the Council agenda include amending an inter-local agreement with McCulloch County for labor, materials and equipment used on shared infrastructure projects.

The Council will also consider demolition and removal of dilapidated golf sheds at the Golf Course.
