The Brady Standard Herald reported in its Wednesday edition that LS Corrals plans to open a manufacturing operation in Brady.
According to the Standard Herald, LS Corrals is owned by Ash Strand of Arizona and plans to manufacture livestock panels and portable stalls in facilities it has purchased on A.L. Reed Street in Brady.
Rumors and speculation about the plant began last week after a posting seeking industrial workers appeared on social media. The Company confirmed to the Standard Herald this week that it is planning to locate a facility in Brady. The company has purchased two buildings in Brady, with a third to close soon.
The LS Corrals owner said Brady was selected because of its central location with access to five major highways.
Strand indicated they will employ five to ten people immediately, with 25-50 more to be added depending on an upcoming contract.
