Volunteers from across Heart of Texas and Northwest Hill Country came together this past weekend in Brady to make life a little easier for some local residents. ‘
The Ramp Project works throughout the State to provide safe access for the homebound .The group provides materials, training, deliveries and food for the volunteers who join to build new access ramps.
The Ramp Project work in Brady was led by Steve Whitson from the Menard Mision Team and Randy Corbin who was the Team Build Leader.
Whitson and Corbin said their ultimate goal is to establish a Local Group in Brady to be able to provide held throughout the year. Volunteers interested in helping can contact Whitson at 325-396-5808 or Randy Corbin at 214-497-1894.
