Zoning Changes, Water, EDC On Brady Council Agenda

The Brady City Council will be dealing with a fairly short agenda when it meets Tuesday night.

The session will begin with a report  by Steven Miller on the status of the Radium Reduction System Drinking Water improvements.

Next, the Council will take up the second and final reading of three ordinances approving changes in zoning at 1107 E. 11th, 500 S. Plum and  701 Grace. The Council will also consider the final reading of an ordinance changing the maximum number of days allowed for overnight camping at Brady Lake.

Also on the agenda will be discussion of a resolution authorizing the Mayor to sign tax foreclosure deeds for real estate property.

The final item on the Council’s action agenda will be a discussion of the Mayor’s appointment to the Brady EDC to fill a vacancy.

The Council meeting will conclude with an executive session for consultation with the City Attorney of pending or contemplated litigation.
