Johnny Dale Cook, 69, of Brady, passed away on Friday, August 14th.
Ssurvivors include his wife, Rosia, children: Samantha, Johnny Jr and Tony; 12 grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and two sisters.
Visitation with the family will be from 5-7pm at Redeemer Church in Brady on Thursday, August 20th.
Funeral service will be Friday, August 21st at 10am at Redeemer Church in Brady.
Arrangements are entrusted to Blaylock Funeral Home of Brownwood.
