Aisle 30, a new business located at 1108 S. Bridge Street, was treated to the official Ribbon Cutting Ceremony by the Brady/McCulloch County Clhamber of Commerce on Tuesday, Jan. 27th.
Operated by Kristi and Curtis Hargrove, Aisle 30 began first opened just before Thanksgiving. Kristi Hargrove describes the business as a kind of “meals to go” operation. Aisle 30 offers prepared meals the customer can take home and pop into the over.
Kristi said she started the busines because she and husband, Curtis, felt there was a need for it in Brady. She said the reaction so far has been very positive. At first, she couldn’t keep up, but she’s gotten caught up and, overall, its going better than expected.
According to Kristi, almost everything offered at Aisle 30 is 100% cooked. The customer just has to heat it up. She added that what ever they cook that day is left in the refrigerator, and, if it doesn’t sell that day, it goes in the Freezer..
Among customer favorites are King Ranch Chicken, Chicken Spaghetti, Smokehouse Stew and Italian Sausage Orzo soup. Other offerings include casseroles, stew, cookie balls and sausage balls.
Aisle 30 is located at 1108 S. Bridge in a building that previously housed Guy’s Hair Salon.
