City of Brady— Voluntary Water Conservation Request

SHARE NOW
INFORMATION PROVIDED BY CITY OF BRADY
As of 7:30 p.m. Monday, the City of Brady is responding to a significant leak in a raw-water supply line that feeds the water treatment plant. Repairs are scheduled for Tuesday.
Normal water service is expected; however, residents are asked to voluntarily reduce nonessential water use over the next 24–36 hours—from Monday night through Tuesday night—to help our remaining wells keep pace with normal demand.
If possible, please postpone lawn watering, vehicle washing, and other high-volume water use during this period. Normal household water use may continue, but every conservation effort will help.
This is not a boil-water notice, and no significant interruption in water service is anticipated however there may be some reduction in pressure noticed across town.
Thank you for helping us manage the system while this repair is completed. We will provide an update if circumstances change.
