After a months-long process of drafting and discussing proposed Subdivision Regulations, Mason County Commissioners voted Monday to adopt the final draft of the proposed regulations.
Mason County Judge, Jerry Bearden, said Commissioners took advice from the public, local realtors, and the Commissioners Court to draft regulations that are fair to all residents of the County and provide a workable framework for growth in Mason County in the future.
The Commissioners’ meeting Monday started off with acceptance of a donation to the Road and Bridge Dept. and reclassifying a Full Time Jail Administrator to a Part Time Jailer-Dispatcher.
Commissioners also approved a contract with the Concho Valley Council of Government for home delivered meals through the Mason County Nutrition Program.
