A Special Meeting of the Mason County Commissioners Court was held Sunday at 2:00pm for the purpose of swearing in the newly elected and re-elected County officials.
New officials sworn in included County Judge Sheree Hardin who replaces Jerry Bearden in that post. Ally Yonkers was sworn in as the new Mason County Treasurer, replacing Polly McMillan. Two new Mason County Commissioners were also sworn in on Sunday – Dave Underwood and Fred Estes — who replace retiring Commissioners Steven Mutschink and Will Frey.
McCulloch County Commissioners have scheduled a Special Meeting Tuesday at 9:00am for swearing in of County Officials.
