Both the Mason County and McCulloch County Commissioners Courts will be meeting for their regular sessions on Monday, Aug. 3rd.
Mason County Commissioners will begin their meeting at 8:45am with a presentation by the Concho Valley Alcohol and Drug Awareness Center.
Other items on the agenda will include approval of the Mason County Purchasing and Procurement Policy, and approval of an agreement to install Weather Observing System at the Mason County Airport.
The Mason Commission will also consider implementing a 90-day burn ban.
Commissioners will conclude their session with a discussion of the 2027 budget and the 2026 tax rate.
McCulloch County Commissioners will hear a request from Central Texas Telephone Coop for a road bore on County Road 472.
Commissioners will also consider and determine the Texas Department of Motor Veicles optional fees for calendar year 2027.
McCulloch Commissioners will wrap-up their meeting with a Workshop devoted to the 2027 Fiscal Year budget and to FEMA.
