McCulloch and Mason County Commissioners’ Courts will be meeting for their regularly scheduled meetings on Monday, July 14th.
McCulloch County Commissioners will begin with three discussion items that includes transmission lines, use of County offices by the State and Special Road taxes.
Among action items on the Commissioners’ agenda will be the proposed inter-local agreement between the County and the State of Texas for use of office space at the Law Enforcement Center by the Dept. of Public Safety.
Commissioners will also consider extending the Declaration of a Local Disaster implemented by County Judge Frank Trull last week.
Also on the Commissioners’ agenda is a Budget Workshop.
Mason County Commissioners will address an agenda that includes acknowledging the hiring of a full-time Justice Court Clerk; an inter-local agreement with the City of Mason concerning Concho Valley Transit; and ratifying contractor agreements for emergency work on County roads.
Commissioners will also be discussing the declaration of disaster for the County.
Last item on their agenda will be a Budget Workshop.
