With the recent heavyh rains across the area, McCulloch County Judge Frank Trull and Mason County Judge Sheree Hardin lifted burns bans in their respective counties.
Burn Bans in botb counties were improsed on Monday, Aug. 26 by a vote of the Commissioners because of the hot, dry conditions and the outbreak of a number of wildfires the preceding week.
However, the heavyh rainfall across the area over the weekend and early this week. prompted both Judges to lift the bans until further notice.
