The McCulloch and Mason County Commissioners’ Courts will each be holding scheduled meetings Monday, Dec. 11th.
McCulloch County –
McCulloch County Commissioners will begin with consideration of approving a right-of-way application for the City of Melvin water system. They’ll also be considering a number of right-of-way applications from Frontier Communications.
Other items on their agenda will include consideration of a proposal for the processing of in-person credit card payments at the McCulloch County Tax Office, and consideration of selecting a Project Manager for the remaining FEMA projects in Precinct 4.
Commissioners will also consider a closed executive session for discussions with the County Attorney of the tax abatement agreements with Rattlesnake Power and Heart of Texas Wind.
Mason County –
In their meeting, Mason County Commissioners have an agenda that includes appointing a new member of the Mason County Library Board; approving the Fiscal Year 2024 AAA Nutrition Amendment; approving adjustments to Subdivision Regulations and increasing the Hangar Lease rate on January 1st.
Commissioners will also consider hiring and classifying a new Jailer/Dispatcher, purchasing equipment for a new Sheriff Dept. truck using COVI-19 funds and holding a Road and Bridge Workshop.
