Public Hearings On Signs, Accessory Structures Lead Brady Council Meeting

The first items on the agenda for the Brady City Council at their meeting Tuesday night will be Public Hearings. The first will be on an amendment to the City’s Zoning Ordinances revising and clarifying positions for signs. The second is for an amendment revising and clarifying provisions related to accessory structures.

After the Public Hearings, the Council will hold the first readings of ordinances adopting the proposed Zoning revisions.

The remainder of the meeting will be devoted to approvals for street closures for the July Jubilee Parade; noise variances for the July Jubilee Concert at G. Rollie White on July 4th;  and a noise variance for the Annual Bradshaw Family Reunion at Brady Lake on June 28th.

The Council meeting is scheduled to include an Executive Session for consultations with the City Attorney and discussions of Real Property.
