The Brady City Council will begin its session Tuesday evening with a presentation of the Annual Report of the Electric Dept. by Joe Solis.
Action items on the Council agenda will include the first reading of an ordinance assigning rights to the Gas Distribution System to West Texas Gas and establishing a franchise fee.
Other items will include first reading of an amendment to the ordinance designating truck routes in the City; discussion of a proposed resolution opposing the proposed 765 KV transmission lines that transect McCulloch County, and giving approval to grants by the EDC to Frontera Healthcare and to Vision Heights Daycare.
The Council will also be approving the purchase of a new Commercial Side Load Trash truck costing $250,000.
