The Brady City Council meeting Tuesday night will begin with a presentation of the City’s 2nd Quarter financials, and a presentation on the City’s Procurement and Purchasing process.

Next up for the Brady City Council will be two Public Hearings — both involving a request for a Special Use Permit. The first is a request to permit a concrete batch plant in the Commercial District at 2500 S. Bridge St. The second is a request to permit a caretaker’s or guard’s residence at 1508 S. Blackburn.

Other items on the Council agenda will include consideration of whether to participate with the County in a 50-50 Cost Share grant for replacement of the radio tower located on the hill above the G. Rollie White complex.

The Council will also discuss awarding a professional services contract for development of engineering plans and specifications for a 6-inch water main improvement along Calf Creek Road.

Also to be discussed will be whether the City should entertain a lease of property to Caprock Renewables for a Battery Energy Storage System.
