Old McCulloch Co. Jail To Be Remodeled For Storage

In their meeting Monday, McCulloch County Commissioners will begin the process of creating a planning for remodeling former County Jail into a building suitable as a storage facility for County Offices. The first task will be to get bids for construction plans to be approved by the Court.  Funding for the project will come from COVID-19 Relief Plan money previously allocated to the County.

Other items on the agenda for Commissioners will employee insurance and Concho Valley Transit services to the County.

In the afternoon, Commissioners will hold an executive session to conduct interviews for the Veterans Services Officer postion in the County,
