Minutes before the 5pm filing deadline Monday, Joe Sanchez filed the paperwork necessary to be included on the May 6 election for Mayor of Brady.
Robert Fowler, the third candidate to join the race to be the next Mayor of Brady, filed last Friday.
The candidates will be included in a Special election to be held on May 6th to fill the unexpired term for Mayor created by the resignation of former Mayor Tony Groves. The new Mayor will serve out the remaining year of Groves’ term.
The four candidates who filed to run for Brady Mayor are James Griffin, Aaron Garcia, Robert Fowler and Joe Sanchez.
Early voting for the May 6 election will run for one week beginning on April 24th.
