During a short meeting on Tuesday night, the Brady City Council heard a presentation given by the city’s new Code Enforcement Officer, Stephen “Doc” Petty. Items considered included the approval of Ordinances 1415 & 1416 on second reading to amend the City of Brady Zoning Ordinance regarding revisions related to signs and accessory buildings. Council also approved filling two vacancies on the Planning and Zoning Commission with the appointment of Jarred Williams to one position and moving James Griffin from an Alternate position to the other open position. Council then met for a short Executive Session to consult with the city attorney.
The next regular Brady City Council meeting will be on Tuesday, July 21, 2026 at 6PM at the Municipal Court building.
