Both the Mason County Commissioners and the Mason City Commission will be meeting on Monday, Aug. 18.
Mason County County Commissioners will begin their session at 8:45am with a presentation by King Industries.
Following that, Commissioners will consider matters related to the Declaration of Disaster, and line Road and Bridge line item adjustments related to several FEMA projects.
Also on the Commission agenda will be consideration of the implementation of a 90-day Burn Ban for the County.
The meeting will conclude with discussion of in inter-local agreement with Concho Valley Transportation for Public Transportation Services and a Budget Workshop by Commissioners.
Mason City Commission will meet for their Monthly session at 5:30pm at the Eckert Civic Center.
On their agenda will be discussion of an agreement with American Electric Power to lease City property for an electric tie-in project; discussion of policy information for a City contract for ground storage tank improvements; and discussion of an easement agreement for water utilities with Jerold Robinson.
Also to be discussed will be aluminum steps and ramps and curb stops located around the town square.
