The Brady ISD has given official notice that they will be accepting bids for the sale of three properties in the City of Brady. The properties are listed below.
1. Sale of 2.345 acres out of Blocks 183 and 184 of the Luhr Addition otherwise known as South Ward Campus.
2. Sale of 0.836 acres also known as the tennis courts located at the corner of West 11th and Persimmon St.
3. Sale of 2.136 acres being all of Block 41and Block 44 in the Crothers Addition along with 1.133 acres being all of Block 45 of Crothers Addition. Properties are known as North Ward Campus.
Detailed description of properties and plat will be furnished in the bid packet. Bid packets may be picked up at the BISD Administration Office located at 1003 W 11th St in Brady. All bids must be in a sealed envelope with the title of the property on the outside of the envelope. Sealed bids are due no later than 10AM on Friday, October 30, 2026. Sealed bids will be opened on Friday, October 30, 2026, at 1PM. Brady ISD reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
